Thank you Joy and Paul Felix-Davies for sending us to Tobermory on the Isle of Mull! This is the island off the coast of Scotland where Jen's family lived, so this is a very special trip for us! Jen's mom, aunt, and grandmother used to love to visit this little town, so we will be following in their footsteps!
We will be stopping by the Tobermory Distillery (see previous post), having dinner at the Mishnish, and strolling along the water after grabbing some Ice Cream! Thank you for sending us to see this beautiful and historic town! We can't wait to send you pictures, and to tell you all about it!

Fun facts: Legend has it that the wreck of a Spanish Galleon named Florida lies somewhere in the mud at the bottom of Tobermory Bay. It was a member of the defeated Spanish Armada, which docked for provisions. Some say that it was set ablaze because of a dispute over payment. Others say it was the infamous Isle of Mull witch named Doideag which cursed the ship to make it sink in 1588.
